Based in Houston - Chevron HR Operations Manager– Enterprise Learning
Responsible for the Enterprise learning delivery across all of Chevron Businesses worldwide (Upstream, Downstream and Midstream, including Refineries, Pipelines and transportation. I lead a Team of 17 and liaised with a global group of Facilitators and Logistics Coordinators delivering Leadership, Professional and Technical Learning for the corporation. I fostered global integration and standardization through a service delivery model interaction with Consultants, Design and Deploy Experts, Delivery Solutions Managers and the wider community of HR Managers and Business Partners across all Chevron regions.My Team delivered an increase of 40% in Learning sessions, 300% in Employees reach, increasing 30% participants per class and 50% reduction on cancellations from previous year.
Based in Malabo - Noble Energy and Chevron HRM Mid-Africa and country management board
HR Manager for Equatorial Guinea and Cameroon, reporting to Houston Corporate HR in Noble Energy, acquired by Chevron in October 2020. Was the only International Senior Manager retained by Chevron upon acquisition of Noble Energy. I held Region oversight for Upstream HR in support of world class offshore producing Assets in Equatorial-Guinea (Alen platform and Aseng FPSO) and the Cameroon business development office. Portfolio included 100+ expats and 200+ nationals (Employees and Contractors). In parallel to supporting producing Assets continuous production despite the pandemic, I contributed to successful delivery of the largest gas monetization project in Equatorial Guinea in 2021 becoming a best-in-class industry asset (1.3 Billion net cash) in 2022.
